This section is dedicated to the development of a characteristic with which the human being is innately endowed, but of which he is not always aware: the Symbolic dimension. That is, the ability to contact, within oneself, images, symbols, perceptions, visions that are “before us”, in which we are immersed and which provide us with energy, vitality, breath, and Soul.

A space in which the Present dilates until it becomes Infinite. A space that is still ours, intact, True. A space that can save us from the stress, fears, anxieties, and worries of the world. It is the space of the Divine in us.

Myth, which tells of something that has never happened, is the privileged tool we will use to make this journey to discover the rich world hidden in our inner selves. Myths, in their immediacy and simplicity, convey to us all the power of Symbols. Symbols have the property of uniting what is separate. In fact, this is the original meaning (coming from ancient Greek) of the word symbol. Something that has the power to reunite what seems inexorably divided. The Symbol is endowed with an extraordinary capacity: the capacity for transformation. It itself is a transformation in action and can therefore transmit this characteristic to those who wish to relate to it. When we transform something in our lives, we are in the Symbol, we inhabit it. This is the case whether we are aware of it or not. We think we are doing practical things… but deep down inside… we are fiddling with symbols.

For us humans, one of the most frequent transformative actions is produced by the daily act of food preparation. Many foods undergo a radical transmutation through cooking in order to be consumed.
The kitchen, cooking, and baking are traditionally the domain of the woman. Who in turn is, in her generative action, naturally a transforming amphora. This section is dedicated to the feminine.
